This apartment is part of a small building with only 4 apartments. Located on the ground floor, it is one of the ones with the largest terrace. Next to the beach of Las Dunas and about 100 m. from the Villas Coll residential complex, where you have to go if you want to enjoy the community pool. From the apartment to the center of the village there are about 400 m. You can walk along the path that borders the beach. Well-lit rooms, windows both in the front of the apartment as in the back, thus getting a good entry of natural light and ventilation. Two double bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with two single beds, and in the middle of the two, a bathroom with shower.Large well equipped kitchen, from which you access the dining room - living room. All this set is accessible to the outside through a large glass door, thus enhancing the continuity of the room with the large terrace. The apartment also has a toilet. Large enough to spend from weekends as stays of several weeks. Prepared and equipped to enjoy Sant Martí d'Empúries both in summer season and in low season or winter.

At the first roundabout, where the tourist office is located, take the third exit towards San Martín de Ampurias. Follow this road GIP-6307 to the entrance of the village. 

For those arriving by Girona, take the NII national road, going north (France), to Orriols, where is the exit of La Escala. Continue straight on to La Escala. At the first roundabout, where the tourist information office is located, take the third exit towards San Martín de Ampurias.Follow this road GIP-6307 to the entrance of the village.
