For arrivals by car:
- For those arriving from France by the border area of La Jonquera, or for those coming from Barcelona , take the AP7 motorway to exit 5 (L'Escala-Empúries). Once out of the toll, turn left towards L'Escala, on the GI-623 road. Follow straight ahead to L'Escala. At the first roundabout that meet, where is the tourist office, take the 3rd exit towards Sant Martí d'Empúries. Follow this road GIP-6307 to the village. - For those arriving from Girona , take the national road NII, direction North (France), to Orriols, where is the deviation to L'Escala. Follow straight ahead to L'Escala.
